Cameron is very knowledgable and explains your problem in a manner easily understood. The personnel at the shop are curtious and very helpful. I was very satisified with all the work I have had done there be it mechanical and body repair.

Dear Bob & Ray, Please tell your listeners about the importance of "torque-ing" newly mounted tires! Last week I had my snow tires mounted at my local garage, and when I read the bill, there was a line at the bottom that said: "tires must be re-torqued after 25 miles" I have been changing summer/ snow tires for many (many, many) years now, and I have never done this. I will never fail to do it again! Tonight I was about to return home from visiting my Mum in our state's capital--a journey of about 25 miles--when I heard a loud "thunk" followed by the "service engine soon" light coming on. Rather than make the one-hour drive in the newly falling snow, I drove to my Mum's favorite garage. Can you take care of an emergency?!! I asked. They could (and this is the third emergency I've had in our state's capital--so Weed's Family Automotive of Concord NH is getting a rave on your website!) and they spent an hour thoroughly checking out my car. My front left tire had been about to fall off. If I had been on the Interstate instead of stop-and-go traffic, I could have been killed, and killed several other people. The cost of my lesson--$47.50. A real Christmas Gift--priceless! Evelyn Pearson Temple, NH As I mention in my letter above, this is the third emergency Weed Automotive has taken care of. Every time I have been able to drive on to the lot. Not once have I called ahead. They have never refused me. In an emergency situation, I would expect to pay a premium for service, and I paid just what any customer with an appointment would pay. In fact, for the second emergency--my license plate fell off and a very nice police officer suggested I get it taken care of right away--they didn't want to charge me at all, and I had to stuff money into the mechanic's hand!) As I have a Saturn, I don't have a dealership anymore to take care of my car, and I am very seriously considering making the hour trek to Weeds from now on. Oh yeah, my Mum is the one who told me about them. At 81, she's about to give up her car. I feel like I owe it to them to replace her business. I am writing this on the evening of Emergency #3. I'm so happy!

I love these folks. They are friendly and reliable and willing to explain the problem. They are reasonably priced, too!

Mark has started working at Mike's Body and Frame in the past few years. He has been our mechanic since the early 90's and has always been honest, competent and helped us find a price-friendly option. We really value his work. Mike's Body and Frame seems a very good fit for his talents and we happily continue using them as our auto service center.

These guys are always able to diagnose my car and fix it quickly. They know what they're talking about and they tell me what's going on in terms I can understand. I feel like I am getting a good, reliable service when I am at Mike's!
