He was honest and up front about the cost of a new radiator. He replaced it in just a few hours. He missed something and fixed it for free. He speaks english, but has a heavy accent. He is fast and good.

Originally was referred to this shop by Hickam Hobby shop for my husbands car, a chevrolet impala. He did good work on this vehicle. So when my head gasket blew on my toyota sienna I didn't think twice and called, asked if he could fixed a head gasket, he said he could and we brought it in. He gives me a whole schpeel about how its a big job he has to take out the whole engine and while hes doing that he will check to see what causes the gasket to blow and if theres anything else wrong. That way he won't have to take apart the engine twice and charge us twice. We agree. 1 week later I call because I haven't heard a word and ask how its going, he tells me to drive over and see. So I show up and of course my engine is all over the garage. He explains to me it wasn't the head gasket, but was the water pump, spark plugs and and front brake pads that need to be replaced. So we tell him to do so. A week later I call to see how the car is, he says its ready and to come pick it up. So we pay him 1649.03 for work done and leave. Thankfully my husband had some errands in town so we were still in the area when the car starts oveheating.....again. So we call him and tell him whats going on, Evidently all he heard at first was that it was starting to vibrate, to which he stated, its good, not oveheating don't worry, to which I responded yes its overheating. Obviously told us to come back to the shop it must be the head gasket. Clearly we were idiots and assumed thats what he fixed in the first place since thats why we brought him the car but I guess not. Sidenote: his first language isn't English, I believe hes chinese and has an extremely heavy accent. So we left the car from the 1st of may to the 24th of may. I call to see how its going, he says great come get it. Before leaving, I start the car and the check engine light is on! When my husband asks about it he says not to worry about it, its just that the timing chain sprocket is not aligned properly and that its a minor problem. When we expressed concern about passing inspection he simply said he would do the inspections so they would pass. We paid 2912.56. SO we get home and a day later I'm driving, get to my destination and the car will not shift gears into parking mode. The shift gear is not aligned either. I call to let him know of our new problem and he tells me it must be my fault and "misuse" of the shift gear, really? For the record, until this ordeal with the head gasket, I have had NO issues with my vehicle, none. The mechanic (don't know his name but he's the only one there) begs my husband for another chance, my husband acquiesced. He called, less than an hour later( I know because we were just pulling into our driveway and it takes at the most 20 minutes to get to or from his shop) and said it was ready and to come get it. Turned around and picked up the car. The first thing I noticed was that the check engine light was off. This worried me because obviously he didn't have time to fix the timing chain sprocket and the car still vibrates. then about the time we arrived home and I attempted to park and guess what? He never fixed the shift gear. I'd also like to note that he clearly has an issue with women who aren't subservient, he treated me like an idiot and when my husband was around, I was invisible. In fact he apologized not to me, but to my husband for the shift gear being out of whack and admitted it being his fault even though it was me he blamed! Overall, very un-proffessional.
