Cost was $73 for changing the idler pulley for the serpentine belt on a Dodge Grand Caravan.

went in for a front end align. they found bad idler arm, centerlink and a tire that as bad. they let me buy my own parts and they installed for a fair price. I really appreciate letting me buy my own parts.

Tried to replace a pitman arm myself but couldn't get it off. Took it in and they had no problem with installing the arm I'd already bought. I asked them to check the alignment while they had it, and they found a worn idler arm. They called and asked if I wanted to bring in my own part, but I had them get it. The truck had never been aligned since leaving the factory and it was going to cost additional to remove some knockouts, I told them it was going over my budget for the repairs and they didn't try to bully me into any work. They swapped out the worn pieces and gave it back. Went in the next week to get the alignment done. no problems.
