Great experience with Womack's, Apr '2009. I was feeling a lot of anxiety after just purchasing a used vehicle only to have the engine light come on. The used car dealer and Ford dealer were both saying the problem would require significant engine work. After just one conversation with Womack's, I felt like I was getting a more accurate diagnosis of the probable problem. Sure enough, the problem was much smaller, less costly to resolve. The dealer was suggesting a $2K repair based on a bad diagnosis. Womack's shop focused on the more likely cause and fixed the problem for a few hundred. I'll definitely use them for routine maintenance & any other problems on my Ford truck in the future.

I have been doing business with Jim Womack since 1984. He and his partner, Joe Gill, have always been honest, and repairs are always done properly the first time from simple things to engine rebuild. Customers are always treated with courtesy and respect. Through the years, I have seen many mechanics come and go, but the quality of repairs remains consistent. Jim and Joe are very careful who they hire. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and even after moving 50 miles away, I still have my repairs done at Womack's. They are the only ones I will allow to touch my '68 Ford!
