Lee and Jerry have worked on every single car which myself, my brother, and my parents have owned in the 10 plus years we have lived in Atlanta. EVERY single time they have delivered in full on their promise of honest, quality repairs. They have NEVER overcharged for any work done; in fact, they are almost without exception the least expensive garage in town. Yet, they ALWAYS do the best work anyone could ever possibly ask for. You need a referral for a type of work they don't do? You get it. Your car have to be towed to their shop? You know that they will squeeze it into their schedule that day, no matter how busy. In turn, you know that if you make an appointment, the work is going to be done in a very timely fashion. Simply put, everything from the work to the customer service is EXEMPLARY.

These guys have saved me over a thousand dollars when the Dealership shop said that I would need a ton of work to pass the Environmental Inspection. It ended up that I only needed to have the timing adjusted. My car has since then passed inspection twice. They have always been honest, upfront, and only fix what is broken. They are a breath of fresh air after having dealt with the $40.00 minimum's at other shops like GoodYear and Dealer shops. If they check your car out and tell you that it's going to cost some major money to fix your car and you decline then they usually don't charge you a dime. I really can't say enough good things about them.

After having some brake pads put on my girlfriend's Mazda, I took my del Sol in for 120K service and some other repairs such as brake pads and rotors, and an oil pan. I usually do my own work, but I had a lot going on at the time and decided to let someone else deal with the grease. At first blush, the job looked like it would be routine, if a little overpriced for the work. The shop had the car done before they said it would be finished, so no problem there. However, within 4 days of the repairs, the brakes started making noise. I took the wheels off to discover that the shop had put the new rotors on without the retaining screws, and the rotors had warped. I called, and got the response, "those screws aren't important, you must be wrong about the noise." After this I had to ask myself, "do I take it back to them and HOPE they know what they're doing, or do I keep it away from these guys who apparently don't know how to fix things?" I decided I didn't want them under the car again in case they messed something else up, so I replaced the rotors myself. A month later, I noticed oil under the car. The oil pan gasket is leaking, as well as the valve cover gasket. Either the technician didn't torque things to spec, or they used substandard parts and charged me dealer prices, and neither scenario instills a lot of confidence. My suggestion. If you're close to this place and just want an oil change or tire rotation, they should be fine for that, but anything complex should be taken elsewhere.

Lee's guys are the only people I trust to work on my cars. As a woman who, let's say, is less than a mechanical genius, I know that they will not take advantage of me when I need help. We have been customers since good friends raved about their work nearly 20 years ago; we have recommended them to many friends in turn. My grown sons take their cars there, as well. I have actually come away from a quick repair there with a bill as small as 25 cents (really!!) and even no charge now and then for something that turned out to be really minor. Of course, I do bring them homemade cookies from time to time...

I have been relying on Lee and his team to maintain my cars since 2002. At that time I had a 94 Toyota Camry. On an educator's salary, I really needed to get the most out of my car and this shop enabled me to hold on to this car pass 300K in 2010 before I gave it to a friend's daughter who had it for another several years. At that time I purchased a brand new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Due to the warranty, I dealt with the dealership for most mechanical issues that came up but was actually relieved when my car passed 60k and I returned to Roswell Auto Tech. Once again, I am confident that they will help me hold on to this car for many years to come. As a woman with little knowledge of auto mechanics, this shop has been especially valuable to me and the many friends I have sent there.
