I am biased because I work for them, but prior to coming to work for them, they had taken care of my mother's car for several years, always treating her with respect. Even times when she has come to them and said I need tires(for example), they inspected the tires and said that she still had several thousand more miles of safe wear left on them. They gave up the easy sell for doing the right thing. And that's what they taught me when I came on, warning me that nothing less was acceptable. Service with integrity is the motto they live by.

Customer service was terrible! I was told to tow my vehicle in on Monday, and when I got it there was told it would be Thursday before they even looked at my vehicle. The person I had spoken to was gone for the day, and when I spoke with him on Tuesday he said I was too late on Monday, it was my fault. I tried to speak to the owner about my problem and was made to feel like the customer is NEVER RIGHT. I am paying to tow my vehicle elsewhere before I pay Litz a dime of my hard earned money.

They didn't secure the oil cap and filter well. We actually heard it roll underneath the car. Also, I wished they called me to give me an estimate first before doing the work, $$$. By the way, what happens when you run with no oil in the engine.the engine may freeze right!? I was stuck with my family on the freeway for three hours. Only to find out the oil cap wasn't securely put in. WOW!!
