Went in at 8:00 am for a simple rotate and balance......8 hours and two tows back to the shop later...had the vehicle towed home with $600 in damages plus towing fee. When we drove the car to pep boys this morning, it drove fine...after they worked on it 3x times ( 1st time - balance and rotate - 2nd time to fix the balance and rotate they admitted was not properly the first time cause the guy was "new" - 3rd time to discover they messed the brakes up ).....had to have it towed home as it was too unsafe to drive and they refuse to fix their mess. Use at your own peril. They did give us 2 free oil change certificates..as if after today I would trust their "new" guys to know where the oil goes!!!

I've had several services done at this location and I must say Bob provides exceptional service and he's extremely knowledgable. It's a rarity to find honest people in the automotive repair industry but that's exactly what I found at the pep boys in Douglasville. If you haven't tried them I suggest you do and don't forget to ask for Bob.
