Lauro's has been in business in the Decatur area for over 30 years. I've taken several of our family's vehicles to Ross. He is very reliable. Because we've done business with Lauro's for years, they are somewhat flexible with our payment plans. You may have a bit of a wait, depending on how busy they are, but they'll tell you up front about the time frame you should expect.

Ross at Lauro's is of the age where he learned to repair cars when they still had carburetors, yet he clearly understands injection and all of the new electronic engineering(hence the laptop on the toolbox).Judging by the number of balding heads in the shop, most of the other guys fit the same mold. Never have I felt that I was being bamboozled(boy, did I just date myself)into buying something I didn't need. He won't tell you that your car will ready that day just to make a sale. I have taken my Highlander, a Camry, a Maxima and my wife's Lexus there for over ten years. This is a well equipped shop. This is not a concierge shop. If you want that, go to the dealer and open your wallet.
