This was my first time going to Roberts Automotive via a recommendation from a friend and current customer. I had trouble finding a nearby mechanic who would work on BMWs or could do it properly. I ended up taking it to a local shop who fixed part of the problem but was unable to diagnose why I was still losing coolant afer several months. I went to Roberts and did not regret it. I thought that I was facing a $1,000 repair but it ended up only being a $19 part. Their labor is a bit high, so the repair ended up costing $241 total. Then again, it took two hours of labor to replace the part due to the complicated nature of German cars. Mr. Roberts was honest and saved me a lot of money while fixing the problem right the first time.
