Owning an upscale car doesn't mean I want to pay upscale repair and maintenance prices! The T3 mechanics are trained to work on an Infiniti, but don't charge Infiniti- style prices. The work that my car needed was done promptly and at a reasonable price. As I asked, they prioritized what needed to be done and discussed this with me. They also took care of some minor extras at no cost. T3 offers a 10% discount on a nearby car rental which I found helpful. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful, so I'm happy and I'll go back.

I've been a T3 customer since 1998 and have been through three cars since. I honestly will only buy Lexus or Infiniti products because of them. They are honest and fair and take the time explain and listen.

I had an 97' Infiniti j30t that T3 began servicing in 2003 when I became disenchanted with the local dealership. The shop is first rate. My car was recently totaled and I purchased a Saab but will miss my experiences with them. They were always a pleasure to deal with and though the car did not require a lot of maintenance due to its superior mechanical quality, on a couple of occasions when I had questions they would invite me into the shop and diagnosis free of charge. They also offered me free pre-inspection diagnosis on any Infiniti or Lexus I looked at as a replacement to keep me as a customer. A+
