They have been my mechanics for nearly 20 years and have done a fantastic job. All I do is leave my car and give them a list and they do it. I've even called them on trips when I've had car problems to check the local mechanic's diagnosis based on what they the guys at Car Craft know about my car. Especially as a woman who knows very little about cars, I have always felt respected and never taken advantage of. They explain what they are doing. They even helped me sell the last two cars I had! These guys are great!

I bought a used van from them years ago. It came with a 30 day warranty. I brought it to them within the first week, because it was kind of chugging a bit. They said there was nothing wrong, that it was just "that way". I ended up bringing it back for the same reason just after the warranty ran out, and they said it was very serious and it cost me a few hundred bucks to fix it. I've never been back. Scoundrels is the word I would use.
