Hello, I have a 2004 Suby, it was making a racket in the back, fiqure it was a wheel bearing (108,000 miles). Took the car to the Dealer, Reeves Motorcars and it was $ 94 to just drive in. It took 4-5 hours for a report, and it came back at $800 plus for the change out. I drove my suby to Cas Automotive to Linda, the owner. She took it out for a test drive, wrote notes, handed the car to her mechanic without a word, and they compared when he came back. Wheel bearing, in-out for $465. Very honest, dependable and fair. On another note for Cas, my wife took her Ford escape to the dealer and they said $$ 1500 to fix it, she drove it to Cas, they said it was a recall issue. Called the dealer, the dealer called my wife and said they would fix it for free. Go figure. great place.

AMAZING team to trust your car with. They will take care of the problem in a timely manner. They will tell you the problem and an approximate time so you are not late waiting for it or if need be they will get you to your destination. Very fair and friendly. They treat you like a friend, and they have your best interest at heart. Definitely the shop I will turn to for any car questions and repairs after this great experience. Thanks John, Tony, Cindy, and Elie for your concern and hard work :)

I went to them to fix my bumper after I hit a pole at church. Elie was able to repair it instead of replacing it, saving me a boat load of money. These guys are good.

I'd called this shop based on reviews I'd seen here. I'm in NC, car belongs to my daughter & son-in-law who're students @ USF and are not maintainers. Kat @ CAS was all over getting a good job done in a reasonable time based on our phone conversation. They did us right, kept me informed by phone as work progressed and I'll trust them to do further work in the future if needed. Per hour labor rate seemed high initially but I've not had work done in a reputable shop in years so can't judge rates well. Can't say enough about the experience as a whole. I was pretty well convinced there were no shops with integrity left, does my heart good to have found one. Wish they had a branch shop here in NE North Carolina.
