I had an Infiniti Q45 for 12 years. It was serviced here after the warranty ran out. They are Infiniti experts and always handled the few repairs I had with honesty and integrity.

Had an engine noise that worried me. Dean took the time to listen, crawl under the car and diagnose the problem as "engine slap." Unfortunately, the remedies were expensive (replace with a used engine, or a rebuilt). He advised an oil additive and not do anything until eventually the problem would need a major outlay of money. Instead of hitting me up for a major money outlay now, he suggested the oil additive (Lucas Oil Additive) might help for a year, or two. Love the honesty and he refused to charge me anything for his time.
