  • In 40 years of driving I have never had a more negative experience. The so-called one-hour appointment to fix an electrical problem ended after 6.5 hours of disappointment when the shop wanted to tag another $400 onto a bill that was allegedly going to come in under $100. At that point they had wasted my day, accomplished nothing beneficial, but had no problem charging me for their failed effort. My local mechanic two days later found the fixed the problem for less than half what this dealership wanted me to pay to merely diagnosis the problem. The experience was so negative that I will never set foot in that dealership again. I will travel out of my way to buy a Toyota, or seek service on my Toyota.
