Alex is very honest and his prices are extremely fair.

I took my truck there to get the brakes fixed. He quoted me a price of 900 dollars after he looked at it because there were some problems with the rear brakes that needed extra work and parts. Once he got into the job he found even more problems. Although it took him an extra 8 hours or more of additional work, he honored his original quote with the exception of the additional cost of parts. The brakes worked great when he was done.

They gave me a fair price, and good service. They worked on my car quickly and in a timely matter.

I went last week, based on the recommendations here, and I am very pleased with the result. My 1995 Saturn is running better than it has for many years, and for a reasonable price. There was no pressure to do any other work or up-sell. I will definitely be going back.

I am a single woman so I must be able to trust my mechanic. After twice being told by a "well known" repair shop - that I needed extensive work at excessive cost - Quality Auto - repaired only the necessary and gives me the confidence that I am getting the quality of work at a reasonable price. I am certain that I am getting good service at a good price without compromise of safety and not get taken to the cleaners by my mechanic. I also love that I can drop of my truck and get a ride back while they work.

One time they worked on my car and called to follow up. He said he woke up in the night, not feeling confident that he had made sure all of the bolts were tightened properly and wanted to know if he could come by to check. This was a Sunday morning, he took the time to come over and recheck the undercarriage. Another time I had a car towed to his shop and forgot my cell phone in the cab. He put it in his safe and called to tell me where it was. They are just the nicest people and always welcome me in for a visit, even when they are busy. They even showed up at my husbands funeral. They are really good people.

The auto shop was referred by friend who had a very good customer experience. I went to the shop today, and the owner Alex was very professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, and the price was very honest. I am writing this because this is my first positive experience in dealing with a mechanic.

Only a few months after moving to South Florida, our VW GTI started to make a strange noise. Being new to the area, we did not know any mechanics and did not know many people who could possibly refer us to an honest mechanic. We checked the Car Talk website to find a recommendation and chose Quality Auto in Miramar. We were very happy with our experience and recently returned to this shop to fix our Cavalier. We found the mechanic to be honest and reasonable. On both occasions, he clearly explained what the problem was, discussed our options, and made an effort to avoid unnecessary work that would cost us more money.

I was really satisfied with my experience with Alex and his team. I got an estimate from another auto repair shop; they told me about $150. I decided to give Alex and his team an estimate after a friend referred him to me. It turned out to be a simple fuse. He charged me a fair price and was very informative. They have a customer for life. I suggest anyone to give them a shot.
