Walter's german accent helps, gives me confidence! 10 years experience. Walter can be a little stuborn, but basically is very helpful, and stands behind his service.

Walter is a very honest man with a great staff. He tells you every thing you need to know and helps you in any way that he can. It gets up early to fix the cars that come in to his shop and is always in a state of concentration. He will sell cars fix cars and he will most importantly car for the cars and his costomers. Thanks Walter

I couldn't say enough good things about the fine folks at Continental Imports (352-377-6604) - Walter B. (co-owner), Chuck S. (shop supervisor/service writer), Steve B. (co- owner) and Mickey (BMW Tech). They've serviced my BMWs, M- Bs (Dad's cars), and my wife's Volvo very competently and are always happy to give us a lift to work or fit us into the schedule in an emergency. They specialize in German marques (M-B, BMW, and Porsche mainly) and since this is a university town...most Japanese makes (particularly Honda and Toyota). They also are AAA certified if that makes a difference to you. They do thorough pre-purchase inspections as well... Cheers, TK "biased customer"

This is my 3rd time using Continental Imports now. I was sent to them through a friend. I have always received great service every time I came in. My car has always been repaired right the first time and on time when promised. I will continue to use Continental in the future as they are one of the few shops in the area, if not the only with factory tools to do the job right the first time. Also, the shop is AAA Approved and Bosch certified.

I was happy until recently when they claimed to see a leaking valve cover and wanted to install a over-priced part that was not needed. Continental used to be the the best shop in town, but something has changed and they lost my trust. Walter, the former owner, is sorely missed.
