They consistently go out go beyond the call of duty --- they even picked me up at my work during a severe thunderstorm to bring me back to the shop to get my car. When they've had the opportunity to overcharge me, they've instead only done the work necessary, rather than all the work they could get away with billing me for. I forgot to ask them to rotate my tires. When I brought my car back for a minor issue and they put it on the lift to take a peek, they said that since they had it up on the lift, why not rotate the tires --- no charge.

This is a small auto shop with just 3 people working there. They will go out of their way to help you and tell you if the job can wait, or say "let's try this first and see if it works" before doing an expensive job. and they have helped us several times, when the local Ford dealer screwed up majorly. I trust them 100%. Anecdote: I had paid Ford about $1000 for a problem which then reoccurred 16 months later. Steve at All Star said he could do it for about $600, so I asked why I had paid Ford $1000, to which he replied that he could up his price, if that would make me feel better! - It so turns out that Ford does not offer a kit anymore for this job, but Steve found a small leak in a plastic tube, which he thinks was the culprit the whole time, so I just saved $600!!! I also send my teenage kids there, and they'll put it on the bill for next time I come in.

Steve has worked on my car twice. He took time to explain my options to me. When he replaced the clutch in my car 3 years ago, he was $200 less than the other place that I had checked with. Both times he worked on my car, the work was completed in a very timely manner. (In 24 hours or less.) All Star was recommended to me by a former co-worker that had similar experiences with Steve & All Star Automotive.

Literally the best mechanic I've ever been too. I had made the mistake of buying the oil and cartage beforehand because I wanted to change it out myself. I then realized it was a lot more work than expected, so I decided to get my oil changed professionally. Mike and I went back and forth about 4 times, until I finally made an appointment. (I also made the mistake of just going in at random times of the week, without making an appointment). To make the long story short he changed my oil with a great student discount. He was nothing but professional and pleasant. I would recommend All Star Automotive to anyone and everyone.
