Very honest. I trust them completely. I once took the Honda in for repairs and when I came back I found out the repair was covered under a Honda recall and that Playground Auto took the car over to the dealer and had it fixed ... all free to me. When my daughter had a problem with high pressure power sterring hose it took three trips before it was finally fixed (kept leaking) but they promptly took care of it w/ no additional charges and eventually replaced it free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They are competent and have a reputation for honesty. They don't take reservations, however, so there can be quite a wait since it's strictly first come, first served. They have always gotten done with my car before quitting time.

Playground Auto also has a towing experience -- that's how I found them actually. They've been in business for 25 years, and have had some customers stick with them since they first opened. I've met a few in the waiting room on several occasions. Had/have a problem with the turbo in my car causing check engine light to come on and they're helping me to diagnose & repair the issue. Only charged me for the first diagnostic, all others are free & initial diagnostic cost will go toward the final repair when we get to that point. For each issue I've brought to them for my two cars (VW & a Ford), they've told me repair cost and given me options for that repair - like what would happen if I didn't fix it *today* - that are realistic & not intended to scare me into getting services I don't need. My only complaint is that they're so good they're always busy! They're doing some remodeling on the waiting room area, which is roomy. Drop off your car for the day, if you can.

We just came back from another visit to your service center. And we are even more pleased with the caliber and professional staff you have, not to mention the great coffee! This time you took the time to remove a large screw/nail from our tire and didn't charge us a dime. You are all amazing and we really appreciate your dedication to your customers - above and beyond - and we thank you! This is the second time we had a tire problem and this service center took care of the first tire repair on our older car for $20!! In this day and age this is so helpful to have an honest and reliable service center to trust our cars to. At the Service Desk you will meet one of the most friendly group of women, and so professional! The waiting area is great with the best coffee and tons of seating and magazines, newspapers and lots of light. The mechanics are friendly and professional, and their knowledge about all things cars is astounding! You can't go wrong taking your auto repairs to this reputable service center.
