First of all as a consumer, it is important to note that by and large Auto Dealerships "replace" they don't "repair".Recently the pump for my power steering was leaking the dealership offered to replace and said we don't repair . Bobby's Signature Auto diagnosed the problem recommended a repair kit and fixed the problem for a fraction of the "replace cost . Bobby's estimate of time to repair was the next day and indeed, so it was. Service was friendly which completed my chechlist.

Bobby himself does all the work. Small shop way in the back of a large rent-a-box development. Solved our brake problem fast and relatively cheaply.

I am from out of town, and could smell gas when driving, soon after the warning light came on. i tried Bobby's because of this web site. Not only did he find the problem (broken gas cap), he did not even charge me anything. i went to the dealer to get a gas cap (last one) and problem solved. Thanks so much Bobby, you really made my day.

I went in there because of recommendations from this site. Another shop told me I needed a transmission flush and fluid change and I wanted a second opinion. I also had a check brake light come on on the dash. Bobby's got me in, fixed the brake problem and poo-pood the transmission flush. The shop is not easy to find but be persistent, it is well worth it.

I found Bobby's on your website and have been extremely pleased with my experiences with his shop. He is extremely honest and charges reasonably. On several occasions he has performed minor repairs at no charge. He has earned my trust and allegiance.

Desperate to find a skilled, honest mechanic for my 1997 Tahoe that I love, I went to Bobby because of the reviews I read here on car talk. His manner, skills, knowledge, fairness & prices were even better than the reviews. His work finally got rid of my brake pulsation, although I had two other mechanics in the past year work on the same issue. He lubed my car at no charge, saying it hadn't been done for a very long time - funny 'cause I paid those other mechanics for oil changes WITH lube jobs twice over the past year. I dropped in without an appointment, because my air wasn't cooling. He handled me immediately, charged the system and gave the service to me as a traveling gift! He knows cars and seems to love making them work. Highly recommend Bobby, a skilled, honest mechanic.

Our son in Michigan bought his mother a car in Florida through Craiglist. It stopped operating after two weeks. One of our other sons found good reviews on Bobby"s Signature Auto from a Pontiac G8 owner's forum online. We had the car towed to Bobby. He went through the engine and gave us the news that the engine was dead. His charge for taking apart the engine was $50.00...more than fair. When I handed him $60, I assumed he would make change. Instead, he gave me $20 back. That was a lot of work for $40. I asked if he did inspections on cars because we needed to buy another vehicle to replace the one that died. He said that he did. I asked him how much he charged to look over a vehicle..."Nothing," he said. This is one of the nicest, most honest guys you will ever meet. I would totally trust Bobby to tell me exactly what work needed to be done and to charge me a fair price. If you live anywhere in the Fort Myers, Florida area, you don't have to look any further to find the one of the best, if not THE best auto mechanic.
