All of their employees are extremely competent and they go the extra mile to provide outstanding service. If they do happen to screw up (happened once when they missed a broken bracket) they will fix their mistake without additional expense. They are a slight bit more expensive on their labor than some other shops in the area but much less than a dealer and considering their quality of service they are worth the few extra bucks. I tried other shops when I first moved here but after these guys were recommended to me I started using them exclusively and they are great.

My truck was involved in an accident August 1st 20016, as of writing this it is now 3 days from December 2016 and repairs are not complete. I've had to take the truck back to L&H over 6 times, since first getting it back. They gave the vehicle back to me with noise and vibrations, after many times bringing it back in they discovered a busted hub and repaired that which removed the noise, however the vibrations still exists and the truck has not been in their shop for a MONTH while they attempt to diagnose this issue.
