My first and so far only experience was extremely positive. I called this shop and explained my dilemma, namely a rapidly deteriorating serpentine belt and a somewhat tight personal schedule. Their representative took down my name and telephone and promised to call be back with a verbal estimate. They called back within 30 minutes with a reasonal cost and time-to-repair estimate so I accepted their offer. Best of all, they ordered the defective part without a deposit. The next day they called me to tell me that the part was in their possesion as they had promised and to bring in the car earlier than they had originally scheduled. Not only did they fix the belt problem, they also re-attached part of the sound dampening liner immediately under the hood at no cost. In the past I have almost always used an "authorized" dealer for my MB and BMW repairs, but this experience will make me think twice about using a dealer again.

Great guys to deal with. My BMW is always "safe" there, and they are always up front with everything, and try to keep me "informed." Rob and Joel can never do enough to assist, no matter how busy they are. I am so pleased that I don't have to worry about going somewhere else. Even when I need something fixed that they don't do themselves (like when I needed alignment and paint touch up), they will find someone who does. I can't say enough after 3 years.

Does not work on anything but BMW from the short conversation we had. Did refer me to another mechanic who specializes in Honda, I guess he thought Lexus was made by Honda... Idk..I am glad I did not go there, the mechanic he referred me to is overpriced and has made several incorrect diagnosis on cars I have needed service on. If you want to get treated like a snob then go see Rob.
