Wolfgang is extremely honest and trustworthy. He will tell you the problem and give a very resonable estimate. He is EXCELLENT with air conditioning, and thats personal expirience. I hav never had to return for the same thing twice, and he completes all jobs very quickly. He has over 20 years of expirience behind him, and it definitely shows. He also has all of his ASE certifications.

Over the years, Wolfgang has been my mechanic. There is no one who I trust more with my car. I once had a car that was running horribly. He said leave it with me for a few days. I thought it was going to cost me hundreds, maybe more. He found a leaky vacuum hose and charged me less than 50 bucks.

Russell was gracious and agreed to research the problem with a Saab before estimating a price. He estimated half (50%) what two other franchise (Goodyear and Sears) mechanics estimated and diagnosed the problem (water pump) correctly while Goodyear mechanic said it was the AC compressor. The final tab came to 50% of his estimate!!!! I will send friends from N FL to get work done by Russel and his son and nephews. He had a newer Bentley waiting for a new hose, so many customers mus know of his quality, competence and honesty.

I was highly recommended to this shop by a family member and although it's far from clean or modern, was sold on the 'honesty' claim. Asked them to provide a detailed inspection of brakes and engine for an older car we just purchased for my niece and wanted to make sure it was safe and in good working condition. They called and said car checked out fine. On way home from shop, front plastic shield fell down and I had to return to shop as they forgot to clip in. Several days later, brake warning light came on. Discovered it was very low on brake fluid. Bad enough their "brake inspection" didn't even include checking the fluid, but when I confronted him, he said that it was low only because they flushed brake lines and needed topped off. When we told him the brake reservoir was almost empty, he changed story and blamed it on leak in vehicle. We have seen no leaking before or after. Two days later, power steering started making noises and we determined that power steering fluid was nearly empty! Clearly they had not checked this fluid either. How can you get hired to do a detailed check of a car (which with tires cost more than $500), and not check the fluids?? Shame on me for trusting them, but shame on them for telling us car was in good working order when they had not checked any of the fluids... and letting my niece drive it in that condition. Anyone can make a mistake but a major one covered up by untruths is where I draw the line. Don't believe the 'honesty' claims. Incompetent and dishonest in covering it up. Stay away!
