Shay the owner and only mechanic has been in business in the same location since 1967. He is friendly, honest, and extremely competent. He has done all of my auto repairs for several years now and has even offered advice and or help when I have a problem with my motorcycle or lawnmower!! He will even close the doors and give you a ride home if you don't live too far!!

We purchased a used Subaru and were in the market for a new mechanic, so tried Little's. They were honest about what the car needed and didn't charge for diagnosis. We also took an older car with an electrical problem with the wiper fluid. Selling the car was in the works so we wanted it to be a safe car. Instead of charging us hours of labor to look for a problem they may not have been able to find or fix, they came up with a creative solution that was inexpensive. We will continue to use and recommend to others.

I haven't figured out the labor rate, but it doesn't matter to me. We first worked with James at Little's in October-November 2011 when our 2001 Saturn's automatic transmission showed its age. He gave us the pros and cons on a gently used transmission and priced its installation and 1-year guarantee reasonably. The car still runs in March 2013, so I figure we've had our money's worth. He's repaired that car's struts and shocks, another Saturn's struts and shocks, and several other smaller items. We've always been satisfied with the quality and price of service. I recommend James and his crew to anyone looking for a new mechanic.
