The 2 guys who own the shop (Bob and Mark) are the ones working on the cars so they do care about the work they are doing.

they have been working on my family's cars and trucks for over ten years. I would not go anywhere else. They are hard working,honest and reliable. They stand behind their work.

AutoWize is a great shop. I have always dealt with Mark and he is a great and HONEST mechanic. He has always given me great advice about my car and car purchases and I have complete trust in him. I would recommend AutoWize to anybody who needs car repairs.

I originally found Auto Wize as a recommended installer from The Tire Rack. Since that time, Mark has fully maintained and repaired all of our vehicles, from Saab, to Subaru, to Honda. His knowledge of cars is second to none. His interest in treating the customer well, only recommending what is needed, charging a fair price and doing the repair right is both refreshing and difficult to find.

AutoWize USED to be a great place. No wonder all the nice comments are way old. This place has gone downhill fast in last year or so. I was a customer for over 6 years then I had to switch late last year - 2010. With the coming in of a few new mechanics, the standard of this place has gone down. With only Mark and John, this was an exceptional place. Now, the new guns just want to replace the parts. The only fix they know is to replace it. Twice they diagnosed an issue wrongly, replaced a part and then later found that it did not work. Also, when you have to revisit for the same issue, they don't try to squeeze you in. The answer I have gotten is - "We are completely booked for next 3 days." The price is comparable to what you would pay at the dealership. I used to go there because they are local business + they seemed honest. But things change fast.

This is in response to the August 2011 post. I am the owner, Mark Vaillancourt. My self and my lead technician John Marschall have been together at Auto Wize for the last 8 years!! I have no Idea who posted the comment that things have changes since John and I have left but I can assure you we are both still at Auto Wize!! I hope this customer reads this and calls me soon!! Happy customers are my top priority!! I can't a problem if I'm not aware there is a problem! Mark vaillancourt
