Jim and his staff of mechanics are highly competent and skilled and always friendly. I unequivocally recommend Summit Automotive Group. They've worked on everything from a Dodge Ram 2500, a Ford 150, a Ford 350 diesel dually, and a Honda CR-V for me. I've recommended them to many others including my mother. I took my Ford diesel pick up in because I bought it used and it was making odd exhaust sounds when it was cold and the brakes seemed like they didn't work very well. They could have taken me for a bundle! Instead, they explained that the exhaust sound was supposed to happen, it's a special feature on that model of truck and the brakes are heavy duty and they require extra pressure. All they charged me for was to adjust the parking brake (which truly wasn't working at all). Instead of a bill over $1,000, they charged me about $60. Great guys!
