Extremely professional and clean shop. Very courteous - gave me courtesy transportation until repairs to my Jeep were done. Stuck to original estimate for cost and job completion. Took on my urgent repair needs (new water pump, serpentine belt, belt tensioner) quickly and got me back on the road quickly. Provided a no cost 30-point inspection and recommended correction of other deficiencies (replace PCV valve) at owner's convenience. Guaranteed their repairs for 2 years (with a nationwide network - RepairPal). It was a pleasure to deal with the owners (Bill and Susan Schwab) and I would strongly recommend anyone needing car repair, towing, or service in the Pagosa Springs, Colorado area to contact them first.
