I have been taking my two Nissans to Tom and his crew at Integral motors for 15+ years. Tom is pleasant and helpful and does not talk down to me because I am a woman. He explains everything thoroughly and I know that I can trust whatever he says. He even takes the time to explain how things work so that even though I don't work on my car myself, I have a pretty good working knowledge of what problem areas my car has. This is the best repair shop in Fort Collins as far as I am concerned! I even asked Tom's advice when I bought my first new car in 16 years.

I've had Integral Motors work on my foreign cars (Hondas, Subarus and Toyotas) since 1980. Tom's been as good about telling me what I don't need to do to keep my car in top shape as telling me what I do need to do. I have always wished I could find as competent and honest a shop to work on my Chevy truck. There are some good ones but none as great as Integral Motors.

I have been taking my cars to Integral for at least 25 years. These guys are wonderful! I am a reasonably intelligent 63-year old woman with zero interest in cars. I am so grateful that I can get work done competently without having to have the knowledge to protect myself. If Tom tells me it's a $40 job or a $400 job I know I can believe him. He has kept old cars running long after friends thought they were ready for the junk heap.

I've been working with Tom and his crew since 1979 while I was a high scool student. I'd try to do as much work as I could on my own on my 66 Land Cruiser and 75 Civic. I'd call Tom when I got in a bind and he'd patiently help. You guys wren't around to call back then. He helped me rebuild my Honda's engine by phone. To this day I have Integral Motors' number memorized. I now drive a 4Runner with much fewer miles (160,000) and I entrust it to Tom. He's often assured me I don't need a repair when I thought I needed something and he's always been right.

Tom is honest, direct, professional and very good. Tom has people dirve more than an hour to see him because he's so reliable and good. I started with him years ago with an old Toyota 4 Runner when I needed the back window fixed so it could electronically go up and down. Tom said he'd never had to fix the $450 window piece, and was sure he could find something less expensive. He was very surprised that he couldn't. They fixed it, and it broke again a few months later, and immediately offered and replaced it again for no charge and I've never had a problem with it since. If something was going on that I could get away without fixing for awhile, Tom was the first was to tell me that. When it came time to replace the timing chain, which would cost more than my truck was worth, he helped me talk through whether to just upgrade or continue to do repairs on my '86 4Runner. As a female, and someone who was not conversant in Toyota- language (I did know how to tune up my previous '67 Bug), Tom never talked down to me but was glad to explain things at any technical level I wanted to (or not) engage in. After a few years of going to Tom for maintenance and a few repairs, I'd made an appt to bring it in for some regular maintenance, and was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to put off my appt. Tom and all the guys sent me flowers during my recovery!

Tom and his staff have worked on each of the Subarus that I have owned over the past 15 years. They have always done an amazing job and I trust them fully. In addition, Tom is always willing to let me just stop by when I suspect there is something wrong with my car. He takes the time to listen, drive it and then decide if we need to schedule for repair. I refer all of my friends to Integral!

I've used these guys for almost 30 years. They only do foreign cars. They are very good, honest, and stand behind their work. Top notch operation.

Tom and his crew have also worked on my '67 VW bug and they ENJOY it. He uses it as a teaching tool for new mechanics and he has the creativity necessary to treat and cure the wide variety of illnesses inherent in such an elderly car. I also love going to a shop where I can have a comfortable relationship with the folks who fix my car. I'm happy to say it doesn't feel like going to the dentist.

Tom and his crew are the best. I left Fort Collins 6 years ago and--to put it every so politely--haven't found a mechanic or a shop who/that provide anywhere near the quality of service, etc, the guys at Integral provide. Not to put it politely, everyone else who has worked on my vehicles has done a sucky job. I live 1,000 miles away now, but if I could, I'd ship my cars by rail to Tom to have him work on them. There's Integral Motors, then there's everybody else. Seriously.
