I can't recommend Elder auto enough. As a woman I am always nervous that mechanics will try to take advantage of me, however, I never felt that way with this shop. They take the time to discuss problems and options with me openly and willingly. When I brought my Audi in last time for a transmission problem he discussed the options with me beginning with, "We can fix this car, but I'd really hate to see you put any more money into it." I always leave the shop feeling like they are more concerned with having a happy customer then in getting my money.

I always recommend Elder Auto when someone asks for a referral. When I talk to other customers it is clear to me they feel the same loyalty I do. Their prices are fair, and they stand behind their work.

Solid repairs. Willing to explain work to be done. Fixed a mistake without hesitation.

Their hourly rate is just shy of $100. This makes pretty much any repair a costly task. I've had much better luck with other shops.
