John and K.R. are the best mechanics I know. They are very reasonable, and never charge for the time and effort it takes to find the problem. They also offer a 10% discount for cash. Also, they will go out of their way to find you a used part at the local junkyards if you want, and even physically go pull it themselves. It's also nice that they have their own junkyard next door. The only downfall of this garage is they TAKE FOREVER to get things done. This could be largely due to John taking sometimes hours to tell you what is wrong with your car, how many other cars he has worked on with the same problem, and the complete history of that car (and other's) manufacturer! But if you want it done RIGHT and cheaply & honestly, check them out. Don't let the neighborhood scare you. Friendly folks!!! (hint: they DON'T do European cars)
