I made an appointment for an alignment check from a referral by Discount Tire next door. I got a call from CB asking if I would reschedule my appointment because some of their personnel were out sick I think it was. I agreed. I showed at the appointed time and was told my appointment was an alignment - not a check and it would be an hour to an hour and a half before I could get in. I said "but I made an appointment". He said something to the effect that he couldn't get it in any sooner. I walked out disgusted. I'm sick and tired of auto shops that rip you off, lie to you and overcharge for crappy work.
