They worked hard to find my problem and the price was very reasonable

One time their lot boy- the one who shuttles the cars from the lot to the garage lost my key. I had to be in another city 60 miles away where I was to leave my car for the weekend and catch a ride for a meeting about 200 miles away. The owner, understanding that I didn't have time to wait for a locksmith for my own car- handed me the keys to his personal vehicle, which I took and parked in the other city for the weekend. Now that is service!

I have been going to Al De Mark for over 10 years. If anything doesn't work right that they repair, they fix it again free. Once they were given faulty radiators for my truck. They installed two additional radiators free until it was right. They are always courtous do their work extremely well. They may not always be able to do this, but for me 99 per cent of the time, they get my truck or car out in 1 day.

I usually work on my own vehicles unless it is something involving specialty tools etc. The guys at Al De Mark have never failed to impress me with their thoroughness and expertise. All businesses should be as well run.

Installed a new fuel tank on a 66 Chevy Impala, but the gas gauge was way off; so, the following week I took it back for adjustment and there was no charge.

I drove in, parked, and a mechanic said to me you have a leak. I had not said anything - my car was leaking coolant. I was impressed. They checked out the jeep for half an hour, called me to say that the water pump was leaking. They replaced it in two hours. They assured me that I could get the 2001 Jeep to 250,000 miles. I am very happy with their service.

I went to this shop mainly because of this forum. I am glad I researched this. These guys are really good. I got a ride home in the morning (rather than having to walk home), and a ride to pick my car up the same afternoon. They found an electrical problem I have been searching for, for two months. I feel like I found a really competent group of guys. Everybody was friendly, and I felt that the price was really fair. They have a new customer in me.

My brake lights were sticking on. I gave these guys a call first thing in the morning and they said bring it in. They diagnosed it (bad switch) immediately and had it fixed in two hours. Very convenient to my office, very competent, and gave me good information about another problem with the car. I know they've been around for a long time and I'll definitely use them again!

We have been working with Beau at Al De Mark for 6+ years after a friend referred them. We have two older cars, 98 Nissan and 08 Subaru, and I can't say enough great things about them. They are honest and will tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait 6 months or a year to repair. I think every time we have gotten an estimate the actually bill comes back lower. I trust them completely and would never use another mechanic, really sucks we have to move out of state....kind says something when you mourn the loss of your mechanic more than some friends.
