I have been to Sunrise Automotive many times, but it is when they found my car that was covered by the manufacturer that made me decide to place them VERY high in my book. They contacted a dealership, and got an authorization for me to get my car serviced by the manufacturer under warantee. When I went to the manufacturer, they (typically) claimed that my vehicle was NOT covered by my warantee. Sunrise contacted the manufacturer again, which led to the dealer being contacted, which in the end had my car fixed under warantee. Sunrise did not make any money off this at all. They went out of their way to make sure one of their customers was being treated fairly by the dealership. Apparently this (typically) happens all the time to their customers, and they want to make sure we get what we originally paid for! BRAVO Sunrise!

The guys at Sunrise are great. They work on my Toyota. I was referred to them by a friend of mine who swears by them, and now I do, too. Only thing I don't like was the small waiting room. But it has a big couch and they get you in and out pretty quick so its not really that big of a deal.

These guys did a great job. On time and under the bid.

These guys are truly the best. Straight-up honest, and I have never felt like I've been taken for a ride because I'm a woman. I was driving a very cute, but totally unreliable, Beetle and every time there was an issue, I took it to Trevor and Robert at Sunrise. For those times when a part died, but it was under warranty, Trevor would call the dealership, tell them the problem, and then call me, tell me the problem, explain the part was under warranty, and that he had called and confirmed with the Volkswagen dealership, which was expecting me. Since the part was under warranty, they didn't charge me, but sent me on my merry way. They give you the pros and cons of repairs, explain what goes into their parts/labor costs, and work with you on timing. Love these guys and will go there no matter the car (in fact, just got a Mini and they are servicing it right now).

These guys are really great. They told us the truth about our car, even though in the end they didn't make as much money off us

When you are a dad and you daughter’s car is broken down 3000 miles away you are desperate to find someone you can trust to get it back on the road. I found “Sunrise Automotive” through recommendations on the “Car Talk” website. I called them up and explained my daughter’s car situation to Adam and he gave me a couple of different options. They were extremely helpful and I ended up using one of the tow companies he recommended. The folks at Sunrise communicated with me all the way through the repair and were very reasonable for the amount of time and work done. Not only did they win my business for this breakdown but we have now found a very safe/ fair /reputable place for future repairs. That gives a long distance dad lot of peace of mind. If you are looking for knowledgeable, safe friendly service go with these guys.
