This is a very well run MB shop. They are very careful to tell you what is about to wear out based on their past experience and how much it will cost. The prices are reasonable and they are smart, careful mechanics. Pete takes a very professional approach toward his customers.

I live in Alaska and was going to buy a car in Los Angeles sight unseen and have a friend drive it up. I had the owner take the car to Pete's for a new buyer's inspection. They were able to take the car in almost immediately. Madeleine who answered the phone was very accommodating and professional. They performed what sounded to me like a very thorough inspection. When it was done, Pete spent a lot of time with me on the phone talking about the car--like I was a long time customer or something even though we had never met. That was cool. I could tell that he was busy, but he patiently detailed the car's condition and what it would take to make the necessary repairs. If I lived in LA, thats where I'd take my car. Scott B.
