Rick is the best. This shop knows when another shop is appropriate, such as specialized electrical diagnostics that they cannot perform. Our family used to send our Lexus to the dealer ($$$) and then to an independent specialist. But we found out that neither was as competent as Marchetti's when debugging a coolant leak. So many people who have lived in the area for a long time know about this shop. Friends & acquaintances alike tend to end up heading to Evelyn Avenue near Mary Avenue for auto repairs. This shop has earned a well deserved excellent reputation. By the way, I have used the 53 bus when on my own. This drops you off near Mary and Washington, which is only a few blocks away from Marchetti's, so I actually have used public transportation during a repair.

Rick has been taking care of my family's cars for a long time, including one very problematic Fiat (my dad's) and my sad little Honda Civic. Never any unnecessary repairs or charges, and always incredibly prompt service.
