I often am not available at work to discuss additional work that may be required so I often give them permission to do the brakes if it is required. Ususally when I pick up my car they have noted that brake work was not necessary. I also like the option of late pick up and Saturday appointments.

In the beginning with my Integra and before that with my Honda Prelude I tried several dealers for maintenance and repairs. Eventually each one would prove themselves dishonest. On the recommendation of a friend I tried Honda Hospital about 8 years ago and I have been very happy with them ever since. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Now that my car has passed 250,000 miles I'm thinking of getting something new. I'm very disappointed by what both Acura and Honda are offering and am not very interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. But I don't want to give up going to Honda Hospital so I will probably buy another HOnda anyway because I am so happy with Honda Hospital.

My husband and I have been going to Honda Hospital for years. I had a 1991 Acura Integra that Honda Hospital serviced from 1992 - 1999. My husband had a 1990 Acura Integra that he had Honda Hospital service for him, as well. Then, in 1999, we both decided to get new cars, at which time we limited our choices to Honda or Acura because we couldn't bear to get swindled by another mechanic, when we had a reliable one to work with. So, my husband bought another Acura Integra and I bought a new Honda Civic. I am proud to say that I will not let anyone else fix and maintain my car. Being a female, I am particularly sensitive to being ripped off in an auto shop. At Honda Hospital, this is not the case. Their prices are reasonable and they do a terrific job of explaining in simple terms what exactly is going on in your car. Not to mention that their staff is professional, friendly and upbeat. Another bonus is that they are only a few blocks from the train and have a great service available to drop your car off after hours. This works out well for those of us who commute and have to leave very early in the morning. I highly recommend Honda Hospital. Give them a try!

These folks are funny, nice and concerned that you get your car back on time, when I have been late and missing the closing time, they have called and offered to stay around a bit longer. They also give me a heads up about work I will need to do in the near future and give me advice on age of car, etc.

price is somewhat higher than dealerships in the locality on individual items of repair but then some dealerships push un-necessary services.
