Those guys and the nice lady in the office are the best!!! I took my car there and evan figured out the problem, fixed it, washed it and charged me a reasonable fee. I had my car to other places and they could not figure out the problem. Evan and Nick had it sorted out in a few minutes. I send all my friends there. Just keep on keeping on CAARS boys!!! Love, Chuckie

I'll tell you, Tammy and Vince, the owners, are an example to us all. I moved to the next county, and I still drive 50 miles past numerous other shops just to get my Saturn and other family cars serviced there. When their manager, Sam, greets me at the front door, he always makes us feel welcomed.

My Pathfinder (180K miles) misbehaved 70 miles from home, so towing was out of the question (even with Better World Club's rates). My son found Caars via the CarTalk website, and I had the car towed there. The men were extremely accommodating and tried to do the least expensive repair. I eventually needed a new fuel pump. I was kept pretty well informed by phone calls; since they'd be closed over the holiday weekend, I was asked if I wanted to come and pick it up on New Year's Day ("I don't live that far away", said Vince), or would I need a ride from the train station to their shop? Wow.

When no one else could fix my truck these guys figured it out. Turns out I had missrouted a hose that was causing a light to come on at times. CAARS repairs what car owners fix on the weekends. YEAH - CAARS...
