ACTUALLY, IT WAS MY 82 YEAR OLD MOTHER THAT WENT IN FOR SERVICE ON HER MITSUIBISHI AIR CONDITIONER. IT WAS NOT PUTTING OUT COLD AIR. SHE WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND THAT IT MIGHT NEED TO BE RECHARGED WITH FREON. THE CAR IS ABOUT 10 YEARS OLD. THE MECHANIC TOLD HER, IF IT WAS LOW ON FREON, IT WOULD COST ABOUT $150.00+ DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT THAT WAS NEEDED. THE MECHANIC WAS VERY HONEST. AS IT TURNED OUT IT WAS A WORN BELT, WHICH HE REPLACED. TOTAL COST $52.61. I BELIEVE HONEST PEOPLE, IN ANY BUSINESS, SHOULD BE SUPPORTED AND SHOUTED ABOUT FROM THE ROOF TOPS. DENNIS A GRATEFUL SON

They have worked on all my cars, from a '70 FJ-40, '95 Accord, '95 Camry, '98 Expedition, and a '01 Aztec that have had a wide variety of issues. They are easy to work with and very thorough. They're always fast, reliable and open about what is needed, what should be done, and what can just get you by. Their charges are reasonable; they've gone out of their way to cut those when there have been alternatives, AND, none of the guys has a boat that needs payments!

Rich and John are great. They are approachable, friendly, take the time to carefully diagnose your problems and explain fully what is going on. Their work has always been thorough and well done in a timely manner. They work with you on time frames, and are a wealth of additional information for other questions you might have. We've recommended them to all of our friends without reservations.

We have a 1996 Maxima which had a small coolant leak for some time. I was never able to locate it despite new hoses, hours under the car and much frustration. We took it to Willow Glen Electric one morning and John told us they would look at it, tell us what the problem and price was and let us know when they could complete the job. It turned out to be a water pump problem. I had tinkered with cars for many years, but unless you are in a full equipted shop and have some great level of experience you don't want to tackle this one as it is an internal pump which requires you to get inside the block and deal with the timing chain to resolve the problem. The origin of the leak is impossible to locate since the area it come from is inaccessable. John phoned us in the morning, identified the problem, quoted the cost and said he would try to get it done by the next morning. To our surprise he called about 4:00 and let us know our car was ready to go. In net, they are easy to deal with in fact very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job on time for the right cost. I would gladly send my friends there.
