In Bermico Auto, I have found a mechanic/shop that is worth its weight in GOLD! Bermico Auto always gives a complete, thorough and honest evaluation of my vehicle's condition, what repairs are needed and the exact cost up front - no surprises. Dan always tells us what needs immediate attention, what preventative maintenance will be needed in the future, and what repairs can be delayed or monitored. Our 1990's era Volvo has received stellar service, as has our late model Buick. Dan is also available for phone consultation if he knows the history and overall condition of a vehicle. If my car is making a strange sound, acting weird, or I just need more information; Dan will take the time to go over any questions in detail. I have NEVER called with a question and received the answer, "I cannot help you unless you bring it in (and pay money)."

My engine check light came on this morning so I checked the CarTalk website and chose this shop to see what was wrong. The owner plugged into the car's computer and checked the codes and let me know that it may be nothing (just a very cold morning) or the thermostat not working properly. He cleared the codes and told me to come back if the check engine light came on again. He did all this for no charge.
