Honnest, good communicators, have worked to minimize need for keeping the vehicles overnight. They do not mark up additional profit on the parts they obtain for repairs.

I've taken a Mazda and a Honda to them over the years. I am a moderate car idiot with friends I can double check things with. They have never led me astray and they've never made me feel stupid. They really work hard to give great customer service. I had some problems with my Honda the last time I brought it in and the bill was pricey. They worked really hard to bring it down and were very honest about what could wait, but shouldn't and what could wait with no problem. I had this weird problem that once in a blue moon my car doesn't turn over on the first try - no pattern. They researched it on line and called around to track down the most likely culprit (a bad key). They didn't have to do that. I say they respond well when they screw something up because my car key fell off my key chain and my key chain ended up on the floor of the car. When they gave me the key back, it was without the chain. When I pointed it out, they immediately searched the car with the appropriate level of panic. When they found it, the mechanic said, "I hate this. It makes us look like we're hacks!" Very minor thing. They are great.
