These people have always been fair. They are friendly (but not patronizing) and seem happy to have you for a customer. They have accomodated me when I had a need for special hours or immediate service. When a repair did not seem to be right, they have gladly taken the car back to look at it/make an adjsutment. In other words, they treat your car like they would their own and seem genuinely committed to good craft.

My 2002 Toyota had a shimmy and I took it in for a Wheel balance. After a $75 inspection fee, which was suppose to go toward the wheel balance they came up with a $960 estimate of numerous things I "needed". I was suspicious and I took the car to a different Mechanic shop, gave them the list and asked for a second opinion. They said that Magallanes's was wrong on all but 1 item. I did need a wheel balance which took care of the problem. This is the second time in a year they tried to sell me something I didn't need. After dealing with them for years, I now feel they can no longer be trusted.
