Beck has kept our '91 Nissan Altima running for over 12 years. This car has seen alot of hard miles (well over 200,000) and mechanically is in better shape than our newer cars.

Never had any problems with these folks. They are patient with me... which means they take the time to explain what's going on to someone who hasn't a clue. Although I can spell carburator, carbohrater, Carburetor... I mean wheel.

I've taken my car to this shop for two things. The first time was for new front struts. They completed the work, but a week later, I had to bring the car back so it could be adjusted due to a strange noise that was coming from the newly replaced parts. I appreciated the fact that they fixed the issue, but was annoyed that I had to take the car back again. A few months later, I had them fix my driver's side door handle. In taking apart the door, they left screwdriver marks on the inside under the armrest and it seems like the armrest was not removed properly because it has been loose ever since. Since the repair, my door handle has worked inconsistently. I would like to take the car back and have them redo the work but that means leaving the vehicle overnight again which is a major inconvenience for me.

Took an 2003 Altima for evaluation at 75K miles (keep or sell); and why the engine service light was on. The repair (Ox sensor) was less than the previous, the other Ox sensor, at a friends garage. They went through the repair history and correctly identified all potential issues with this particular engine. They recharged the AC and identified a noise in the back that others could not, a bit loose plate holder, all free. Gave me quote for an Infinity 100K service better than any other garage where I would leave the car, and a LOT less than the dealer's best offer. At the same time looked at a small electrical problem, replaced a fuse free. I'll do the service soon; will report back.
