Honest and reasonable. When I moved to the area in 1997, my Infiniti Q45's license palate bolts were frozen (Chicago winters). They took about 15 minutes to remove the bolts - impact gun was required to break the rust. They refused to take any money - just welcomed me to the neighborhood. 16 years and 4 cars later, I still use them for everything. They are trustworthy - I am comfortable dropping off my car, and just telling them to fix it as if you own it. I always get a call with estimates, and have found them trustworthy and professional. There new location (larger and newer than the old one) is even closer to my house. An added bonus.

I love Expert Auto Repair. The Owner, Masood, has been extremely honest, forthright, respectful, prompt, and has repaired our cars well. In addition to our Audi, he has also repaired a Toyota for us. He took me under the car(s) with a flashlight and showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what needed doing. When I balked at one item, he told me what he could do instead, and the ramifications of doing it (OK to leave it, but eventually it will need replacing). The shop is always clean, not greasy, the bathroom is clean (!), and the lounge for people to wait in is also clean. There is a TV there, but it wasn't on when I was there (which is good, in my view). I recommend this shop 1000%.
