They have worked onseveral of my cars. They have done good work. One of my cars is a classic & I highly trusted them to take care of it, which they did. I have recomendes a number of people to them for auto work. They were all satisfied with the repairs

I've always had good results with this shop. They've worked on my 1995 Mercury Sable (160,000 miles) several times, and also worked on my lady friend's car (1998 Acura CL coupe) a few times. Work has included everything from a rebuilt transmission to minor work on power windows and trim to routine maintenance. They are always willing to explain everything and quote a reasonably accurate price up front. They do tend to be busy so in some cases wait times are a bit longer than estimated, especially when parts must be ordered.

They were able to diagnose a tricky coolant-leak issue that originally appeared to be a head gasket leak (over $2000 repair estimate). However, they kept running a variety of tests to verify the problem, and through great "detective" work, discovered a leaking front seal that was very hard to find (less than $500 repair). The word that comes to mind? Integrity. They could have "had me" for over $2000; but they demonstrated fairness, skill, and integrity by continuing to go above-and-beyond to diagnose the problem and fix it. I give JC Automotive my highest recommendation!
