I live around 60 miles from this shop and I work about 15 miles from it -- no matter. If I have car troubles I take it (or have it towed) there! After I leave my car there, they, as a matter of policy, give me a ride to work, and when they are finished they come and get me. They treat me like a good friend and are always cheerful. I know a bit about cars because I used do most of the maintainence and repairs on my own cars, before they became so complex, so I usually know what is wrong with my car before I take it to 60 Minute Tune. They have yet to recommend work that didn't need to be done and several times I checked on the prices they quoted me for parts and they have always been about half the price that I would pay, retail. One time they said they would have my car done in one day, but because of power outages and computer problems they weren't able to finish it by the end of day, so they rented me a car! They are honest, easy to talk to, and pleasent. They are always busy and have many repeat customers.

Hooked my car up to their computer and found that I was sold a defective battery from Sears and suggested I go back there. Did not charge me for their time or labor. How many mechanics do that?

I first became a customer of 60 Minute Tune back when I was in High School and got my first car. I used to take Auto Shop in high school but when I had trouble with my car, I would take it into Dave's Shop. In talking with me and knowing that I was in Auto Shop at school, he actually lent me tools to do my own brake pad repairs, completely free of charge, and told me to return them when I was done! So early on, my trust and appreciation for Dave and his crew had been established and I was only further impressed as the years went on. Now about 13 years later and a bunch of visits later, I have gotten to know Dave, his sister Julie, and their father as they are always there with cheerful smiles and always happy to greet their customers, give us rides home and pick us up if we need it while they are working on our cars, etc. I feel honored to be on their photo wall as one of their many satisfied customers and I always recomend 60 Minute Tune to anyone that needs car services. What a wonderful repair shop. Thanks guys! -Peter Genovese
