I took my BMW to John's shop because my previous mechanic became flaky. It was obvious then that John knows his BMW's. He looked at my car and assured me some minor problems that I thought had to be repaired soon were not really major problems at all. He then performed all the services and repairs in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Within reason, he adheres to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" philosophy. I would recommend anyone who has a BMW to take it to his shop, even if you live in couple of towns away. Ian Yeh

Found these guys through this site, had gone to dealer, which quoted me nearly $1100 for an alternator. These guys charged me just a bit more than half that, provided a loaner (first-time customer special), and got the work done the next day. They will be my mechs for the duration of the time I'm here in SoCal. Professional, friendly, competent, and quick; great shop. (FYI, second time I've found a shop using this site, and both experiences have been 100% positive.)
