We had 2 30K services at Ron's. I was particularly impressed with the 120K service. It cost $60 for 1 1/2 hrs. of labor. I was expecting at least $200. Everything was checked, and he said there were no problems. When I asked if the transmission oil etc. had been changed, he said they checked the fluids, and they were fine, so he didn't want to charge me for changing them if they didn't need to be...That's a first! I went back the next day to ask if the coolant should be changed, and he said they had changed it, but must have forgotten to charge me. I offered to pay anyway, but he said to not worry about it.

I love Ron's! I have been going to his shop for the past two years, and they have always treated me well. In fact, this most recent time, he put my mini van up on the rack to find an oil leak. After showing me the leak he informed me that it might be a $250 problem or a $3000 problem. But it seemed highly likely that it would be costly. So I took the van home and traded it in for $3000 off of a new one. And, Ron didn't charge me anything. In fact, I have had a few diagnostics at no charge. So I am very impressed by Ron's customer service as well as the work he does. He runs a respectable, professional shop; I would highly recommend him.
