Bret McCauley is their primary general mechanic (they also are a leading AC and radiator shop in the region). I have followed him to three shops (he has been with associated 15 years or so) because he is highly competent and accommodating. I have referred many customers to them and women, especially, are treated in a very professional manner.

Have been going there for several years, originally for radiator work. As I got to know Brett I had him work on several cars. The car with the most problems was a 2002 PT Cruiser that presented multiple issues. Brett has always given good advice on what to do, and really is a concerned mechanic. Steve the owner is also great. My only complaint is they don't open until 8 and have inadequate early bird drop off set up. They do stay open until 6, and lots of times are later than that. Never had a bad experience.
