Doug listens! He converses with me. Recommended to me by a couple of trusted mechanics, he has a reputation for performance. Story; I got to watch the oil change. He explained "Bands" and what he did to them, why there are three holes for two bolts in the filter, why transmissions are always covered with crud. The pan reappeared after being run through the washing machine, no rag wipe-out for them.

My previous experience was with Doug. It was great. Doug has moved on. I brought my 2000 town and country in because it slipped out of overdrive while in cruise. They didn't find the problem ~ a leak in the vacuum canister. But they did suggest I have the transmission cooler lines repaired and the valve cover gaskets replaced and new struts. I declined. If I knew where Doug went I would go there.
