Where the best mechanics rise to the top

  • Lupe's Auto Express & Repair

  • 5 out of 5 stars 1 Review

  • (661) 322-7263
  • We broke down in Bakersfield & were towed to a shop that wasn't capable of the major repairs we needed (broken timing belt & probable major engine damage). Lupe's was recommended to us, and we had no choice but to trust this recommendation, since we didn't know anyone in town. Thankfully we did - he was great! He fixed our truck in less time than we were told, and it was clear that he was trying to do the right job while keeping it as affordable as he could. He went above & beyond what we expected, and did a wonderful job. He fixed what we knew was broken, plus replaced a couple of just-in-case parts (for which he didn't charge us extra), and he didn't "fix" anything more than what was needed. We so appreciate his honesty and hard work, when our situation made us vulnerable to much less!
