I found them to be a business that care about there customers. They invest the time to explain what the problems are, how much, how long it will take as well as do good work. The owner Dottie and service manager Tank was very helpful and knowledgeable. The technician who did the work found the problems and repaired it with an written explantion.

Except for oil changes and tire rotations every 5,000 miles, I hadn't had much service done on my 1999 Toyota 4Runner in about 2-1/2 years, when Performance Car Care replaced the timing belt, water pump and thermostat at 70,000 miles. However, for the past week I had trouble starting it and I was fairly certain it was not the battery, which was only 2 years old, because there was no "clicking" sound. I took it in to Performance and of course the 4Runner started just fine for them on numerous times until FINALLY it didn't start for them (why does that always happen??). The starter was going so I had them replace it, and since they had the car I figured it was time for a tune up and an overall diagnostic check up as the 4Runner has 80,800 miles on it. They did a bunch of maintenance and it now runs like a brand new SUV, and I don't have to worry about getting stuck someplace because it won't start. Thank you, Performance Car Care!

Unbelievable discourteousness, they left grease all over the hood of my car. Drove five miles shut it down and it would not start. Told me they would come look at it and then when I called to ask why they didnt show up when they said they would; they acted like I was crazy. they overcharge, are not certified, he uses part time mehcanics who have drinking problems from the smell of them. Just totally unproffessional assholes. My car is still not runnnig and they dont even answer the phone. Last time I called to ask what they intended to do about it, Scott the guy who runs the place, told me to jump off and hung up. Terrible business avoid at all coast
